Josh Elliott is a composer/producer/sound designer based in Derby
He has created music for BBC Ideas, a fantastic series of mini-docs about everything from saving the world to dealing with personal tragedy.
For the last couple of years Josh has been working closely with the amazing Kong Studio! Check their work out:

He has composed the music for a documentary about the artist Francis Aviva Blaine, directed by Penny Woolcock.
Josh has performed and worked with several bands including: Seas of Mirth; Seikou Susso; Cloud Colours; Hallouminati; Familia Roots; Call Me Def, Gift Horse and Leela and the Spaceship
His own compositions are an eclectic mix of genres, blending together elements of electro-acoustic, world music, folk, dub and minimalism, and has been inspired by a diverse range of artists including : Steve Reich; Jose Gonzales; Catherine Shaw; Sun Kil Moon; Ruth Goller; Bonobo; Pink Floyd; Steve Reich; SBTRKT; DjRum and Toumani Diabate
